Welcome to RagePicks LLC (“RagePicks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, free daily picks, premium paid subscriptions, content, and any related materials (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. No Financial Advice & Risk Disclosure
All content and predictions provided by RagePicks LLC are for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not provide “financial advice,” “investment advice,” or “betting recommendations.” Sports wagering is inherently risky; you acknowledge that you may lose your entire wager. RagePicks LLC is not responsible for any financial losses incurred based on our data.
RagePicks LLC is not a sportsbook, casino, or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, process bets on our behalf, or hold customer funds for gambling purposes.
2. User Eligibility and Responsibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to use the Services in the United States. Where a jurisdiction sets a higher legal gambling age, that higher age applies. Persons under 21 are prohibited. Underage gambling is illegal.
It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing or using our Services is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. Free Daily Picks and Paid Premium Subscriptions
Free Daily Picks: We offer select sports picks free of charge as a promotional/entertainment service. No payment or purchase is required to view them.
Paid Monthly Subscriptions: Premium picks are available via recurring monthly subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
- Payments processed securely via our third-party provider(s).
- No refunds for partial months, unused picks, or dissatisfaction with outcomes.
- You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Sharing, distributing, or reselling picks is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
4. No Warranties, Marketing Representations & AI Disclosure
The Services are provided “as is.” RagePicks LLC utilizes proprietary AI and statistical models. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is probabilistic, not deterministic. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, error-free, or result in any specific winning percentage. We are not liable for inaccuracies caused by data delays, line movements, or algorithmic errors.
We do not guarantee outcomes, “locks,” sure things, easy winnings, or that using the Services will produce profit, income, social status, or special skill. Our website, ads, and other marketing will not claim guaranteed results, cannot-lose propositions, easy money, or similar easy-winnings or special-skills messaging.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RagePicks LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to RagePicks LLC in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on RagePicks LLC is owned by RagePicks LLC or its licensors. You may view content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without express written permission.
7. Prohibited Uses
- Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
- Sharing, selling, or redistributing picks or content.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing our team or other users.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms.
9. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles, California. You expressly waive your right to a trial by jury. CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted on an individual basis only and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Not a Gambling Operator
RagePicks LLC does not accept wagers, process bets, hold customer funds, or operate a sportsbook, casino, or lottery. The Services are sports information, analysis, and (where applicable) marketing referrals to independently licensed operators. Any wager you place is solely with that operator, under that operator’s terms and license.
13. Licensed Operators and Outbound Links
Where the site includes links, codes, or referrals to sportsbooks or other gambling operators, those links are intended only for users in jurisdictions where that operator is licensed and online sports betting is legal. We do not knowingly target or invite wagers in jurisdictions where online sports betting is unlawful. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your location.

15. Age Notice (Affirmation)
By using the Services you affirm that you are 21 or older (US) and that use is lawful where you are. We may restrict access by geography or terminate accounts we reasonably believe are underage or in an unlawful jurisdiction.
16. Colorado Vendor Registration
RagePicks LLC is registered with the Colorado Division of Gaming as a Sports Betting Vendor Minor. That registration is not a sports-betting operator license and does not authorize RagePicks to accept wagers. It does not authorize advertising or referrals in any state other than as permitted by that state’s law and by the advertising platform’s rules.
17. Geographic / Ad Targeting
Paid advertising for gambling-promoting content may be limited to specific jurisdictions. A license or vendor registration in one state does not mean the Services or ads are offered nationwide.
